Classification, structure, technical requirements and scope of application of plate rubber bearings
1. Product classification
According to the form of support structure is divided into:
1) Ordinary plate rubber bearings are divided into rectangular plate rubber bearings (code GJZ) and circular plate rubber bearings (code GYZ);
2) PTFE sliding plate rubber bearings are divided into rectangular PTFE rectangular plate rubber bearings (code GJZF4) and circular PTFE circular plate rubber bearings (code GYZF4).
According to the support material and applicable temperature is divided into:
1) The normal temperature rubber bearing should be produced by neoprene rubber (CR), and the applicable temperature is -25ºC-60ºC. Natural rubber shall not be used to replace neoprene rubber, nor shall natural rubber be incorporated into neoprene rubber;
2) Plug resistant rubber bearings should be produced by natural rubber (NR), and the applicable temperature is -40ºC-60ºC.
2. Support structure
Ordinary plate rubber bearings shall be composed of at least two or more layers of stiffened steel plates, and the steel plates are all wrapped  in elastomeric materials.
